Days 61–90: Deliver & Build Momentum

Launch the first concrete improvements — faster systems, more reliable operations, or early innovations.

Put in place transparent reporting so progress is visible to all stakeholders.

Draft a 12-month vision that connects day-to-day delivery with the company's longer-term goals.
